Frost step:coats the bottom of your feet in ice temporarily raises movement speed (+10 DEX) while feet are connected to the ground once contact breaks the effect ends and goes on cool down, getting interrupted such as being hit or crashing causes user to stumble losing the effect and falling to the ground.
Syphon:the user readies their body beforehand (so it can’t be used when like they are being grappled and the like) then touches a part of another’s body for a long enough time leaving a cold sensation where they touched. The user can then transfer their own vitality (hp) to the other. Melee heal scaling is 75% of your Ability Power
