Abilities:
Tier 0 - She can produce small orbs of light that stagger in size and disperse quickly they are various colors and are varied on how bright they are she mostly uses it for glamour for her shows as they typically trail her hands/finger tips

Tier 1- The Blinding: She can temporarily envelop herself or another person in a sight obscuring light she can hold it for a few minutes if she wishes though can cut it off early
[10 feet around the target, users will have a -10 WIS debuff distributed between them. Meaning the debuff would lessen within a bigger group.
e.g. if 1 person is around the target they get -10 WIS, if two people are around the target they get -5 WIS, etc.]

Tier 1 - The Voice: She can manipulate her or another person's voice by throwing the voice several hundred feet out or amplifying it to be heard from several hundred feet out.
[The target will gain +10 CHA for the duration of 'The Voice']

Wearer's eyes will turn red and be plagued with sites of the massacre. This causes them to scream out in an inhuman manner putting forth a wall made of jagged sharp stones that look eerily similar to teeth and fangs.  (Pending)
